⭐ SWIFT® Microwave Verruca Treatment (Gold Standard)
£170 per session
Recommended course: 3 sessions (£510)
Additional sessions charged individually if required
A minimum of 3 sessions is strongly recommended and represents the standard SWIFT® protocol.
Clinical data shows 74–83% clearance rates after 3 treatments, with sessions typically spaced 4 weeks apart. Some stubborn or long-standing verrucae may require additional sessions, while in some cases fewer sessions may be sufficient. This will be assessed by your podiatrist.
Cryotherapy or Verrutop (Selective Use Only)
£75 per session
Offered only when clinically appropriate
These treatments may be suitable for certain verrucae but are not recommended for all cases, particularly long-standing or treatment-resistant verrucae.
Please note: Verruca treatments cannot be booked without an initial consultation. Treatment choice is determined by your podiatrist to ensure the safest and most effective outcome.
-
Do I need a consultation before verruca treatment?
Yes. All new verruca patients must attend an initial consultation before treatment. Verrucae can vary significantly, and a thorough assessment is required to determine the most appropriate and effective treatment for your specific case.
Why can’t I book verruca treatment directly online?
Verruca treatment is clinician-led. The most suitable treatment depends on factors such as the size, location, duration of the verruca, previous treatments, and your medical history. For this reason, treatment is recommended following assessment rather than selected at booking.
Can treatment start on the same day as my consultation?
Yes, in many cases treatment can begin on the same day, subject to clinical suitability and appointment availability.
If you choose to commence a full verruca treatment package on the same day as your consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total package cost.
This applies to treatment packages only, not individual sessions.
What if I’m not ready to start treatment straight away?
That’s absolutely fine. Your consultation provides you with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan, allowing you to decide how and when you would like to proceed. The consultation fee remains separate if treatment does not begin on the same day.
Will my verruca disappear immediately after treatment?
Verruca clearance is driven by your immune response, which can continue to work even after the final treatment. Improvement is often gradual, and a review may be scheduled around 12 weeks after your final session to assess progress.
Why is SWIFT® more expensive than other treatments?
SWIFT® uses advanced medical technology and is supported by clinical evidence demonstrating higher success rates, particularly for stubborn or long-standing verrucae. The pricing reflects the technology used, clinical expertise, and treatment outcomes.
Verruca treatments are medical procedures and outcomes can vary. Your podiatrist will always recommend the safest and most effective option for your individual condition.

Reflexology - with Ellee
-
A reflexology session is a gentle, relaxing therapy that works on specific points of the feet believed to correspond with different areas of the body.
Your session begins with a short consultation to understand your needs and ensure you’re comfortable.
The treatment involves applying gentle pressure and massage techniques to the feet, focusing on areas linked to your overall wellbeing.
During the session, most people feel deeply relaxed, some even drift off to sleep!
Afterwards, you may feel lighter, refreshed, and more balanced, with a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.
Reflexology is non-invasive, soothing, and tailored to you, making it a wonderful way to support relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage the body’s natural balance.
-
A Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) is trained to provide safe, professional routine foot care, helping patients maintain healthy and comfortable feet. While FHPs are not Podiatrists and do not carry out podiatric procedures such as minor surgery, prescribing, or advanced medical treatments, they play an important role in supporting ongoing foot health.
At our clinic, our FHP works alongside HCPC-registered Podiatrists, sharing the same vision of providing high-quality, patient-centred care. This allows us to offer patients greater choice, accessibility, and continuity of care. Many people choose to see an FHP regularly for routine maintenance, knowing they have the reassurance of podiatry support within the same team if more specialist treatment is ever needed.
